Seminar on human resource management held in Dhaka

A seminar titled ‘Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations’ was held in the capital on Wednesday.

The Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS) of Japan with the Bangladesh Employer’s Federation (BEF) organised the two-day event, said a press statement. BEF Vice-President Shusmita Anis inaugurated the programme.

Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) Bangladesh Country Director Yuji Ando, AOTA Activities in Bangladesh Honorary Adviser Dr AKM Moazzem Hussain, AOTS Senior Manager Akira Kuriyama and BEF Secretary General and CEO Farooq Ahmed also spoke on the occasion.

Dr Fujimura Hiroyuki, Professor of Hosei Business School of Innovation Management of Hosei University in Japan conducted and facilitated the seminar where a total of 47 participants from different organisations of BEF participated.
