Well-known financial institution Bangladesh Finance will provide loans to small entrepreneurs who are enlisted with the online courier and parcel delivery marketplace, delivery TIGER aiming to implement the government’s Sustainable Development Goal (SDG).
Bangladesh Finance and delivery TIGER signed an agreement at the head office of Bangladesh Finance in Dilkusha on Sunday in this regard, said a press release. With this, small entrepreneurs of delivery TIGER will secure loans on different terms from Bangladesh Finance.
Bangladesh Finance Managing Director and CEO Md Kyser Hamid and delivery TIGER founder and CEO Mashrur Arefin signed the agreement on behalf of their organisations.
On the occasion, Md Kyser Hamid said “The key challenge that the small entrepreneurs face is money shortage and Bangladesh Finance will provide the loan with easy conditions to young and women entrepreneurs to strengthen the CMSME sector”
Mashrur Arefin said this loan will contribute to making small entrepreneurs self-reliant who would successively assist to achieve the target of SDG.
Bangladesh Finance Head of Sustainable Finance Md Kohinur Hossain, Head of Operations Md Rafiqyl Amin, and Chief Risk Officer Sumon Kumar Kundu were also present at the event, among others.
