SAU observes Int’l Mother Language Day

Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University observed the International Mother Language Day yesterday.

Officials of the university, including Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Md Shahidur Rashid Bhuiyan paid tribute to the martyrs of the 1952 Language Movement by placing a wreath at the Central Shaheed Minar in the
morning.

Among others from the university, Treasurer Professor Dr Md Nazrul Islam, Post Graduate Studies Dean Prof Dr Alok Kumar Pal, Research Director Prof Dr Md Abdur Razzak, ICT Cell Director Prod Dr Md Mofazzal Hossain, Proctor Dr Md Harun-ur-Rashid, Registrar Sheikh Rezaul Karim were also present on the occasion.
