Popular Bangladeshi electronics brand Marcel is offering free products, cash vouchers of up to Tk 1 lakh and sure gifts on the purchase of fridges, televisions, air conditioners and washing machines under the recently launched Digital Campaign Season 17.
Marcel is conducting a digital campaign across the country to provide customers with swift and best after-sales service through online automation, said a press release.
Marcel has launched season 17 of the digital campaign with ‘Grand Houseful Offer from March 1 which will continue till April 30. The declaration of the campaign was made recently by the company’s Deputy Managing Director (DMD) Eva Rizwana Nilu; In-charge of Marcel Distributor Network Dr Md Shakhawat Hossen and Brand Ambassador actor Amin Khan during a programme at the corporate office in the capital.
Speakers at the function said that digital registration is underway for customers of fridge, television, air conditioner or washing machine at all Marcel showrooms across the country. Customers will be notified about the amount of the cash voucher or free products through SMS to their cell phones after purchase. Later, Marcel showroom authorities will hand over the benefits to customers.
Under the campaign, Marcel customers may get a Washing Machine, freezer and LED Smart TV, cashback of up to Tk 200 on the fridge, LED TV and Washing Machine purchase and Marcel Smart TV customers will get a one-year free subscription to BongoWal.
The AC buyers will get a maximum of 12-month electricity bills and free cleaning services for two to three times while customers will also get a cash voucher of up to Tk 5,000 starting from Tk 400.
Under the digital registration process, the details of the customers including their names, contact numbers, and model numbers of products will be stored on a server that will facilitate the best after-sales service even if the warranty cards are lost.
