National Bank holds town hall meeting

National Bank Limited held a town hall meeting to discuss achieving annual targets on Sunday.

The meeting was held both in-person and virtually at a conference center in Dhaka, according to a press statement.

Speaking on the occasion, Md Mehmood Husain, managing director and CEO of the bank, instructed officers in the meeting to recover the bank’s defaulted loans.

He also instructed the officers on future plans, deposits, loans, and ensuring maximum customer service.

Mehmood discussed in detail about the overall growth of the bank including business activities and formulation of strategic policies.

Deputy Managing Directors of the bank Syed Rois Uddin and Hossain Akhtar Chowdhury, among others, were present on the occasion along with the officers of various divisions of the bank’s head office.

Moreover, officers and employees of every branch and sub-branch of the National Bank in the country and abroad were connected virtually in this town hall meeting.
