ABM Mokammel Hoque reappointed Union Bank MD

ABM Mokammel Hoque Chowdhury has been reappointed as the Managing Director of Union Bank Limited.

Previously, he also served as the Additional Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director of the bank, reads a press release.

Chowdhury started his banking career as a Probationary Officer at First Security Islami Bank Limited in 2001 and later, joined Union Bank Limited in 2013.

Chowdhury gained well-grounded experience and knowledge through working in different capacities in all fields of banking including the head of branches and divisions during his last 23 years’ of career. He has participated in a good number of important professional training, workshops and seminars both at home and abroad.

Being a profound philanthropist, Chowdhury is also engaged in many social, cultural, religious and humanitarian activities.
