Banglalink to provide digital services to fire department

Banglalink, one of the leading digital communications service providers in the country, has signed an agreement with the Department of Fire Service and Civil Defense.

Under the agreement, employees of the Department of Fire Service and Civil Defense will use Banglalink’s Connection, Ookla certified fastest internet and quality digital services, according to a press statement issued on Sunday.

Lt Col Mohammad Tajul Islam Chowdhury, director of Operation & Maintenance, Department of Fire Service and Civil Defense, and Rubaiyat A Tanzeen, enterprise business director, Banglalink, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.

Among others from the fire department, Director General Brigadier General Md Main Uddin, Director of Admin and Finance Md Wahidul Islam, Director of Training, Planning & DevelopmentLt Col Md. Rezaul Karim attended the ceremony.

From Banglalink, SM Shamsur Rahman, head of Strategic Business, and Sofana Hossain, corporate account manager were present on the occasion.
