Happy Home: Asian Paints, ActionAid sign MoU

Asian Paints Bangladesh Limited and ActionAid Bangladesh signed an MoU on Sunday to work together to improve the living conditions of the girls of the ‘Happy Home’ project.

According to the MoU, Asian Paints Bangladesh Limited will be providing paint, required tools for painting and painter support for painting the 3-storied facility of Happy Home, reads a press release.

‘Happy Home’ is a project for female street children which is quite different from all other projects managed by ActionAid Bangladesh initiated in 2006.

Along with skill development training on painting, works will also be provided to the girls of ‘Happy Home’ project of ActionAid Bangladesh, who might choose a career path in the painting industry.

Asian Paints Bangladesh Limited will also donate Tk 1 on each litre of each unit of sale of “Asian Paints Ultima” or “Royale Luxury Emulsion” category paint during Ramadan.
