Community Bank holds 4th AGM in Dhaka

The 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Community Bank Bangladesh Limited was held at the Police Headquarters in Dhaka on April 16.

The meeting was chaired by the Inspector General of Police and Chairman of Community Bank Bangladesh Limited Chow-dhury Abdullah Al-Mamun. During the meeting the bank’s Audited Financial Statements for the year 2022 were adopted by the shareholders and declared to pay a dividend, said a press statement.

Community Bank Bangladesh Limited also held its 1st Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on the same day and venue, where the shareholders approved renaming the bank as Community Bank Bangladesh PLC, subject to regulatory approval.
