Pearl Global, a well-known clothing manufacturing company, recently launched a “Design Innovation Center” in a bid to modernise its productions.
The Design Innovation Center was inaugurated at the Gazipur factory of Norp Knit Industries Limited (Unit-2), a subsidiary of Pearl Gabal Group, on April 16, according to a press statement.
Additional Managing Director of United Commercial Bank Abdul Alam Ferdous was present as the chief guest in the opening ceremony.
Country Director of Pearl Gabal Group (Bangladesh Operations) Sanjay Sarkar presided over the inauguration ceremony.
Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Branch of United Commercial Bank Amalendu Roy, Executive Vice President Saiful A Chowdhury, First Vice President of Credit Division Khairul Islam and First Vice President Shahadat Hossain were present on the occasion.
After the inauguration ceremony of the Design Innovation Center, the guests participated in a special tree plantation pro-gramme.
