G Kibria & Co, Chartered Accountants, a private firm recently celebrated its 40th anniversary in a city marking its immense contribution to the nation by producing a huge number of Chartered Accountants in the country.
State Minister for the Cultural Affairs Ministry KM Khalid was present at the event on May 6 as the chief guest while the Comptroller of Auditor General, Bangladesh, Mohammed Muslim Chowdhury and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) President Md Moniruzzaman were special guests. of ICAB, AK Golam Kibria delivered the welcome speech, according to a press release.
The event marked the culmination of 40 years story of the firm that has grown manifold and its success has been attributed to strong determination, perseverance and hard work.
ICAB members, management team, past and present students, patrons and well-wishers of the firm attended the programme.
