Incepta vice-chair Akter Jahan honoured as CIP

Akter Jahan Hasneen Muktadir, vice-chairman of Incepta Vaccines Ltd was honoured as a Commercially Important Person (CIP) in the mid-level industry category for her significant contribution to the country's economy.

Akter Jahan Hasneen Muktadir was awarded the memento and CIP card in a programme organised by the Industries Ministry at the capital's Hotel Intercontinental on Monday, said a press release. Agriculture Minister Dr Abdur Razzaque was present as chief guest in the 'CIP (industry) 2021' award-giving programme.

INCEPTA's officials and workers also congratulated her for achieving the prestigious award.

She post-graduated from Dhaka University’s Pharmacy Department and contributed significantly to producing life-saving vaccines in Bangladesh as a vice-chairman of Incepta Vaccines Ltd. She holds a unique personality with intelligence, professionalism, hard-working and creativity.

In producing and ensuring the demand for Rabbis, Hepatitis B, Typhoid, Tetanus and Cervical Cancer vaccines, Akter Jahan Hasneen Muktadir played an important role in the country.
