AWS Cloud Day to be observed on June 17

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Day Bangladesh will be observed on June 17 for the first time in Bangladesh.

Marking the day, a day-long event will be organised aiming to provide knowledge on building cloud-native applications and machine learning and opportunities to learn about AWS career programmes through various sessions conducted by internationally and locally recognised professionals and trainers from Amazon Web Services, said a press release.

The event will be organised by Daffodil International University (DIU) and Daffodil International Professional Training Institute (DIPTI) in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for the first time in Bangladesh.

The event also provides an opportunity to learn about career programmes offered by AWS and network with subject matter experts, national leaders, teachers and cloud enthusiasts from all over Bangladesh, said Joint-Convener of the event Mohammad Nuruzzaman, group chief executive officer of Daffodil Family at a press briefing at Daffodil Plaza at Dhanmondi in the Capital on Wednesday.

Mohammad Mahdee-uz Zaman, leader of Solutions Architecture at Startups, Amazon Web Services (AWS) as well as co-conveners of the event, Dr Nadir Bin Ali, registrar of Daffodil International University and Rathindra Nath Das, executive director of DIPTI also provides comprehensive details about the event to media representatives.
