Huawei holds campus recruitment at IUT

Huawei has recently organised a campus recruitment event at the Islamic University of Technology (IUT) in Gazipur.

The selected students from this event will get the opportunity to work with this leading global ICT infrastructure and solutions provider.

The campus recruitment event was held on May 23, when more than 140 students participated in the MCQ examination and interview session, said a press release.

On behalf of Huawei, Md Fara Newas, senior human resources manager and Md Khalid Hossain, human resources executive were present.

Meanwhile, Abu Raihan Mostofa Kamal, professor and head of the CSE department and Dr Hasan Mahmud, associate professor of the CSE Department attended the event from IUT.

Regarding the campus recruitment event, Md Fara Newas, senior human resources manager of Huawei, said, “The youth of Bangladesh has great potential in them, and Huawei recognises this. Huawei strongly believes that providing our young talents with the right opportunities can empower them to reach great heights. We hope to continue working with these young talents to build a fully connected and Intelligent Bangladesh.”

Huawei organizes similar recruitment events at different universities regularly. Last year around 100 fresh graduates got the opportunity to work for Huawei from various recruitment events.
