Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) recently held an industry-academia meeting for an insightful and constructive discussion on how to strengthen collaborations between academia and industry.
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IUB effectively hosted a highly anticipated event that brought together notable industry leaders, professors, and important stakeholders from a variety of sectors, said a press release.
Vice-Chancellor Professor Tanweer Hasan graced the event with his esteemed presence and reiterated IUB's commitment to producing tech-savvy, environmentally responsible, and globally conscientious future leaders.
He discussed several noteworthy university initiatives, such as the "IUB ARROWS" programme, which seeks to promote inclusive education, and "Coding For All," which guarantees that all students have access to technology.
