JCI inaugurates 3-day tree plantation event

JCI Dhaka Impact, one of the subsidiaries of Junior Chamber International (JCI) Bangladesh, in collaboration with its Humanity Foundation inaugurated a 3-day tree plantation event on the Dhaka University campus on Monday.

The event was launched marking World Environment Day as a small attempt for making a positive impact towards creating a better environment for the world, said a press release.

The event was also arranged by the Dhaka University Environment Society.

The Junior Chamber International (JCI) is an international organisation consisting of young professionals and leadership locals aged 18 to 40 years.

Founded in 1915, the headquarters of this international organisation is located in St Louis, Missouri, USA. This organisation works in more than 124 countries.
