Parul Das CFO of HBL Bangladesh

Renowned banking professional Parul Das has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Habib Bank Limited (HBL) for Bangladesh.

With over 23 years of diverse experience in the financial sector, Parul Das will play a crucial role in driving the strategic growth of HBL in the Bangladesh market, said a press release.

Prior to joining HBL Bangladesh, Parul was the CFO at ONE Bank. Throughout her career, Parul has held prominent positions in esteemed organisations including Bangladesh Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank and KPMG Bangladesh. Her comprehensive expertise encompasses financial operations, business finance, capital management, project management, and operational functions.

A graduate of the University of Chittagong, Das also holds the prestigious Fellow Member designation from the ICAB and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW).
