The Finland Bangladesh Friendship group was officially launched on Tuesday at the Finish parliament with MP Atte Kaleva as chairman and MP Janne Heikkinen as vice chair.
While the membership of the group will remain open to all Finish parliamentarians, initially nine MPs have joined the group, reads a press release.
Bangladesh Ambassador to Finland Mehdi Hasan was present during the launching of this group. The meeting discussed, among others, possible areas of engagements.
