American LIBOR interested in expanding trade in Bangladesh

Long Island Board of REALTORS, America's 4th largest trade organisation with 33,000 registered members, has expressed keen interest in expanding trade and partnership with Bangladeshi businessmen and industrialists in the multifaceted construction sector.

This interest was expressed at a meeting held at the head office of the organisation in Long Island, New York recently, according to a press release.

At the meeting, the LIBOR leaders mentioned the rapid growth of trade and social contribution of the Bangladeshi American businessmen and community. In their speech, the NRB leaders mentioned the multifaceted contribution of Bangladeshis to the world and the participation of Bangladeshis in various social fields including local politics and emphasised on increasing bilateral trade and social interaction with America.

At the meeting, both organisations exchanged memento. LIBOR leaders expressed interest in visiting Bangladesh and invited Bangladeshi businessmen to participate in their next international conference and urged the Center for NRB to take necessary initiatives in this regard.
