The country’s leading mobile financial service provider Nagad has launched an innovative campaign to reduce the hassle of buying sacrificial animals.

In this campaign titled “Haat Ashbe Barite”, instead of customers going to the cattle market, the market will come to their home by following a few steps. To have a wonderful experience of buying a sacrificial animal this way, a customer needs to book a time slot through Nagad, and a cattle market will be brought to their doorsteps at the scheduled time, according to a press release.

For this, Nagad customers need to fill out a form, provide their Nagad number, name, and address, and set a preferred date and time for the service.

Regarding this innovative campaign, Nagad Deputy Managing Director Md Shihab Uddin Chowdhury said, “Since the get-go, Nagad has been working to make people’s lives easier. In the future, digital banking will be another medium to serve them in a better way. The idea of bringing the cattle market to the customers’ doorsteps this Eid-ul-Azha is part of our efforts to give comfort and convenience in their day-to-day life.”

In this campaign, a Nagad customer can book the “Haat Ashbe Barite” service multiple times, selecting different dates each time. They can book anytime by clicking the button at the bottom of the Nagad form.

By filling out the form and making a booking, customers agree to participate in the “Haat Ashbe Barite” service if selected. All information about the sacrificial animals and their prices present on the truck will be provided by a Nagad volunteer.

The winning customers can purchase sacrificial animals based on prices and preferences from the options available at their doorsteps through Nagad payment. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible participants in the campaign.
