Dilip Kumar Agarwala, managing director of Diamond World, has won the ‘MD of the Year’ award in recognition of being a leader of a fast-growing jewellery brand in Bangladesh.
According to a survey conducted by International Retail Jewelers Magazine, the award was given to Dilip Kumar for his outstanding contribution to the jewellery sector of Bangladesh and for creating a brand image, said a press release.
The ceremony was held at Conrad Center in Dubai recently where officials from more than 150 leading jewellery companies such as India, UAE, Egypt, Jordan, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh attended.
Dilip Kumar is also the general secretary of Bangladesh Jeweller’s Association.
