Clients of Rupayan Grand at the Premium Mega Gated Community Rupayan City Uttara will get five-star service from HANSA Management Ltd, a sister concern of the Unique Group.
HANSA Management Ltd and Rupayan City Uttara inked a deal in this regard on Friday. As per the deal, the company will provide quality facility management services to the clients of Rupayan Grand Premium Condo Phase-1 of Rupayan City Uttara.
HANSA Management’s Chief Operating Officer Mohammad Shahedul Haque, Head of HR and Admin of Rupayan City HM Faridur Rahman and Senior Manager and Head of Facility Management unit Md Kamal Hossain signed the deal on behalf of their respective organisations.
Unique Group Managing Director Mohd Noor Ali and Rupayan Group Chairman Liaquat Ali Khan Mukul were present at the programme.
While speaking at the event, Rupayan City Uttara CEO M Mahbubur Rahman said, “Bangladesh's first premium mega gated city Rupayan City Uttara’s Rupayan Grand is ready for handover to customers. Customers will live here from this month. An agreement has been signed with the HANSA Management Ltd to ensure five-star quality services and the company took over the responsibilities.”
Kuwait Bangladesh Business Council President Mukai Ali Lutfor Rahman, Unique Group CEO Syed Sanwarul Haque, GM of HR & Admin Relations Major (retd) Nasimul Huque, CEO of Rupayan City Uttara M Mahbubur Rahman, Rupayan City Uttara CBO Gautam Tarafdar were also present at the event, among others.
