The Financial Institutional International Leasing and Financial Services Limited (ILFSL) organized its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the head office on Thursday.

The Chairman of the board of directors of ILFSL, former secretary Md Nazrul Islam Khan presided over the meeting through a virtual medium.

Managing Director (CC) of the company Md Mashiur Rahman, while presenting yearly performances said, “The overall expenditures of the company have been reduced by 21 per cent in 2021 over the period of 2020. 

“The interest income was almost at the same level but will go up soon. Our overall loss income was reduced by 70 per cent in 2021 over the year 2020. Therefore, we are recovering and growing.”

The financial institution is on the verge of recovering and reconstruction after the damage due to financial scam between 2015-2019.

The country’s one of the non-banking financial services company started its journey in 1996 with the slogan “Grow with customer,” this company has become one of the best financial service providers in the country with its product diversity and professionalism before 2015.
