Midland Bank Limited (MDB) formally opened its Barishal Branch at AK High School Bhavan, Girza Mohollah, Ward No-09, Sadar Thana of Barishal City Corporation on Tuesday.
Md Ahsan-uz Zaman, managing director and CEO of the Bank, was present on the occasion and formally inaugurated the Branch as chief guest, read a press release.
Wahidul Islam, BPM, superintend of police (SP), Barishal, Hasan Mahmud Babu, president of AK High School, Md Mizanur Rahman, head of MDB Barishal Branch, and other businessmen, professionals, and local elites were present at the occasion.
Clients, businessmen, local elites, M. Rashed Akter, head of Retail Distributions, Nakul Chandra Debnath, head of GSD, Md Abdullah Al Mamun, cluster head and head of MDB Dilkusha Branch and other officials of the Bank were also present on the occasion.
At the beginning of the ceremony, Munajat seeking divine blessings of Almighty Allah, for the welfare, progress and prosperity of the Bank and the Country as well, was held.
