NBL launches 16-day training for its officers

A 16-day-long training on 'Advanced Course on Credit Operation and Risk Management in Banks' (second Batch) of National Bank Limited (NBL) was inaugurated at the bank’s Training Institute (NBTI) on Monday.

Forty-five officers from different branches of NBL are participating in this training course, according to a press release.

Sheikh Akhter Uddin Ahmed, Deputy Managing Director of National Bank, was present at the inauguration ceremony as the chief guest. Shah Syed Rafiul Bari, Vice President and Principal of NBTI, was also present at the programme.

The first session of the training course was conducted by Dr AHM Habibur Rahman, the former chairman of Sonali Bank PLC and Bangladesh Shilpa Rin Sangstha and former professor of the finance department at Dhaka University.
