The National Polymer Group has recently partnered with OGREEM, the maiden local startup, offering smart wages proposition for low-mid wage-earning employees across different sectors.

Through this partnership, the National Polymer Group, one of the leading world-class uPVC, CPVC, PP-R Pipes and Fittings, PVC Door, sheet, ceiling board, water tank, water tap, household and plastic furniture manufacturers in the country, enables their low-mid wage-earning employees to access the earned salary at any point in time between paydays, according to a press release.

Md Manzur Hossain, Head of HR and Admin for National Polymer, and Ikramul Hoque Rayan, Lead Operations and Strategy for OGREEM, signed an agreement in this regard on behalf of their respective organisations.

National Polymer Managing Director Riad Mahmud said with this partnership, they expect their low-mid wage-earning employees’ lives to get better in these tough times.

Mahmud, also the consul of Georgia in Bangladesh, said this smart initiative would soon be adopted by many of his peers across industries and make lives better for their workers all around.

Rahel Ahmed, founder of OGREEM, said this smart wages offering would pave way for the building of Smart Bangladesh by 2041, as envisaged by country leadership.

OGREEM is currently partnering with a number of different leading enterprises of the country and enabling their respective employees to access part of their earned salary at any point of the month. They are soon going to introduce many more value-added services to make OGREEM a truly financial well-being platform for a low-mid wage-earning employee base.
