The Annual Performance Agreement (APA) for the fiscal year 2024-25 was signed between the chairman of Bangladesh Oil, Gas & Mineral Corporation (Petrobangla) and the managing directors of its 13 subsidiary companies at an APA signing ceremony at Petrocenter in Dhaka on Thursday.
The APA was signed in accordance with the Cabinet Division’s guidelines. On behalf of Petrobangla, Chairman Zanendra Nath Sarker signed the agreements, while the managing directors of the respective companies signed on their behalf, according to a press release.
Additionally, under Petrobangla's Integrity Strategy Action Plan 2023-24, Sarker presented honorary plaques and certificates to two officers and two employees, including one managing director, in recognition of their achievements, at the ceremony.
The event, conducted by Petrobangla Director (Administration) Md Altaf Hossain, was attended by Petrobangla directors, secretaries, director generals, managers, managing directors of Petrobangla’s subsidiaries, Petrobangla’s APA team, and members of the Ethics Committee.
