Prime Bank inks MoU with NPA

Prime Bank PLC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Pension Authority (NPA) recently,

Kabirul Ezdani Khan, the executive chairman of NPA, and Hassan O Rashid, the chief executive officer of Prime Bank, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations at an event on July 3, according to a press release.

The MoU would enable Prime Bank to collect monthly instalments from pension scheme holders under the Universal Pension Scheme through digital and physical means.

Md Khairuzzaman Mozumder, the secretary of the Finance Division, was the chief guest at the event. Senior officials of NPA and Prime Bank were also present.
