Singer Bangladesh Limited, one of the leading electronics brands in the country, will use bKash’s B2B (business-to-business) cash collection solution to simplify its financial management at the field level by saving time and expenses.

The service will be used in Singer’s 470 showrooms across the country to collect cash and provide electronic money (e-money) against it, reports BSS.

The two companies signed an agreement in this regard recently. Yigit Emre Senolur, chief financial officer (CFO) of Singer Bangladesh Limited, and Ali Ahmmed, chief commercial officer (CCO) of bKash, inked the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations, according to a press release.

Some other top officials of the two companies were also present on the occasion. With this B2B service, Singer’s supply chain-related financial transactions at the field level will become cashless, transparent and secure as well as simplify the company’s overall financial management.

It is to be noted that top companies from different sectors, including cement, beverage, lifestyle, food, pharmaceuticals etc, are already using bKash’s B2B solution.

This solution helped improve efficiency in overall business operations by simplifying and securing financial management at the field level for companies with large supply chains.

Besides, such a service strengthens the ecosystem of digital transactions in line with the country’s journey towards becoming a smart economy.
