Tata Motors, India’s leading multinational automobile manufacturer, along with its authorised distributor Nitol Motors Ltd, on Sunday announced the launch of the all-new Tata Yodha, its latest offering in the pick-up vehicle segment.

A rugged yet comfortable, safe and stylish workhorse, Tata Yodha promises seamless cargo movement, ensuring ease in day-to-day operations, according to a press release.

With a rated payload of 1.5 tonne, the Tata Yodha is suitable for a variety of business needs, including agricultural produce, poultry, fish, and dairy products. Engineered with a focus on performance and drivability across diverse terrains, Tata Yodha promises high productivity and high fuel efficiency with lower total cost of ownership (TCO).

Commenting on the launch, Anurag Mehrotra, head of International Business at Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles, said, “The launch of the Tata Yodha in Bangladesh marks a key milestone in Tata Motors’ continued expansion in the market. The smart pick-up truck is available in a 4x2 configuration with best-in-segment/suitable deck length of 8.4 ft (customised body size available in 9.2 ft in Bangladesh).

Powered by a 3-litre litre diesel engine and with a warranty for one year/64000 Kms, Tata Yodha delivers an output of 85 hp @2500 rpm and 250 Nm torque @ 1000-2000 rpm.
