Two more customers became millionaire after they had purchased Walton brand refrigerators under the company's nationwide ongoing “Nonstop Millionaire” campaign.
The lucky customers are – Mahmudul Hasan, a freelancer and resident of Jamalpur Sadar, and Yunus Ali, a trader and resident of Bhurungamari in Kurigram.
Walton Senior Executive Director and popular Film Actor Amin Khan, along with Film Actor Riaz, officially handed over a token cheque of Tk 10 lakh to Mahmudul Hasan at a programme arranged by Walton Plaza Muktagacha branch at RK High School’s playground in Muktagacha of Mymensingh On Wednesday .
Earlier on May 31, Amin Khan handed over a Tk 10 lakh worth cheque to Yunus Ali at a programme held at Hotel Momo Inn in Bogura.
Mahmudul Hasan bought a fridge from Muktagacha Walton Plaza on May 19 at installment facility with a down payment of Tk 9,000. Yunus Ali purchased a fridge from the Eshti Electronics, one of the distributors’ showrooms in Bhurungamari on May 10.
After they had purchased Walton fridge, their name, mobile number and the model number of their purchased fridge were digitally registered. Later, they received messages from Walton on their mobile with the notification that they were awarded Tk 10 lakh cashback each.
Amin Khan said, “Walton is producing and supplying international standard electronics products. Walton is also playing important roles to develop the socio-economic activities of the people.
Actor Riaz, however, praised Walton’s activities towards the society saying, “Walton won the customers’ hearts with the world standard products and services. We should buy locally made products to strengthen the country’s economy.”
