The award was presented by Tipu Munshi, the honourable commerce minister of the government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, during a ceremony held on Monday at Pan Pacific Sonargoan Dhaka, read a press release on Tuesday.
The ICAB National Award for Best Presented Annual Report is a highly respected recognition for excellence in corporate reporting practices in Bangladesh. The awards recognise and celebrate organisations that demonstrate transparency, accountability, and adherence to international reporting standards in their annual reports.
Unique Hotel and Resorts PLC stood out in the Service Sector category with its exceptional annual report, which provided stakeholders with a comprehensive and transparent view of the company's financial performance, corporate governance, and sustainable initiatives.
