Amin Mohammad Construction Limited, a sister concern of Amin Mohammad Group (AMG), has signed a deal with the renowned paint manufacturing company Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited (BPBL).
The agreement was inked at the corporate office of Amin Mohammad Group, one of the biggest conglomerates in the country, at Dhanmondi in the capital on Monday, a press release said.
AMG Managing Director Md Ramzanul Haque Nihad and BPBL Senior General Manager (Sales and Marketing) Mohsin Habib Chowdhury inked the deal on behalf of their respective sides.
As per the agreement, Amin Mohammad Construction Limited will use paint of BPBL in all the public and private contracting works while Berger will also provide them paint maintaining the highest quality, the release said.
Amin Mohammad Foundation Ltd Executive Director (Operations) Mohammad Tanvirul Islam, General Manager (Finance and Accounts) Elias Amin, Amin Mohammad Construction Limited Head of Business Development Md Rasheduzzaman, Head of Supply Chain Ahsan Habib, Manager (Commercial) Syed Abdul Aziz, and BPBL General Manager (Sales and Marketing) AKM Sadeque Nawaj, Head of Project, Prolinks and Experience Zone Shabbir Ahmed, National Sales Manager Md Hasanuzzaman, Head of Prolinks (Sales and Marketing) Md Tariqul Islam, Techno Commercial Manager Abdullah-Al Mahmud, and Area Manager Mohammad Humayun Kabir, among others, were present at the signing ceremony.
