Biman Bangladesh Airlines has announced to reopen online services for passengers from February 27.
Online services like online ticketing, booking, check-in, web service etc. is going to start again through the new Passenger Service Solution (PSS) ‘SABRE’ for the convenience of the esteemed passengers, a press release said on Thursday.
Activities related to ticket issue of Biman will be closed for about eleven and a half hours from 3.45pm on February 26 to 3:00pm on February 27 to transfer information from current PSS SITA to SABRE.
However, during this time special arrangements will be made for airport check-ins including air-related activities will continue as usual and as per the schedule all flights will depart and return on time.
The normal activities of reservation and ticketing will be started automatically on the morning of February 27 through all Biman Sales Centers, Biman Commercial Web Site www.biman-airlines.com, Biman Call Center 019990998998 and Biman Authorized Sales Agent.
