International passengers who will come to Bangladesh will have to show official proof of vaccination, the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) said on Wednesday.
In its latest circular, CAAB said travellers who completed a full dose of WHO approved Covid-19 vaccine can enter Bangladesh with the official proof of certification of vaccination and for them, no RT PCR-based Covid-19 negative certificate is required.

Children below 12 years old can enter the country without showing any negative certificate.
However, when travelling with their family, they will have to observe the same health formalities that will apply to their family members on arrival.
if any Covid-19 symptoms are detected in a traveller on arrival, they will be subject to the RT PCR/Antigen test by the health authority.
If the RT PCR or the antigen test result is positive, he/she will be sent to isolation at a government-nominated facility or hotel at their own expense. Further RT PCR or antigen test will be carried out after seven days and they will be released when the test result is negative. Quarantine shall be ensured by the respective government agency(s) in charge.
Passengers can collect an official vaccination certificate following the link http://healthdeclaration.dghs.gov.bd, an online Health Declaration Form (HDF) within three days of their departure for Bangladesh
