The 24th annual general meeting of Islami Commercial Insurance Co Ltd was held recently at Engineers Institution Bangladesh.
The Chairperson of the Board of Directors Janaba Shahida Anowar presided over the meeting, according to a press release.
Among the Directors; Director Janab Al-haj Mohammad Yahya, Janab Ashik Hossain, Independent Directors, Janab Mohammed Ayub Hossain, Chief Adviser Janab Al-haj Md Anowar Hossain, Chief Executive Officer Janab Qazi Mukarram Dastagir, Company Secretary Janab Md Aktaruzzaman and CFO, A K M Mostaque Ahmed Khan were present in the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, Janab Md Abdus Samad In charge of Establishment Recited the Holy Quran, translated & Prayed.
In the meeting, the audited Accounts of the Company for the year ended on 31st December, 2023 along with Directors Report were presented to the honourable Shareholders and after deliberation at length the same was adopted.
The Shareholders of the Company expected that the management shall continue their untiring effort to demonstrate still better result in future.
