Banking hours to return to normal after Eid

The scheduled banks across the country will return to normal timings after Eid-ul-Fitr.

Clients will be allowed to settle transactions between 10:00am and 3:30pm. And operational activities of banks have to be closed by 5:00pm, Bangladesh Bank BB Executive Director and Spokesperson Md Mezbaul Haque told The Business Post.

Earlier, BB had fixed the banking hours from 9:30am to 4:00pm during the Holy month of Ramadan.
