Pubali Bank Securities Ltd holds 13th AGM

The 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pubali Bank Securities Ltd was held at the bank’s head office board room through a hybrid method (physical presence and virtual platform) on Wednesday.

Pubali Bank Securities Ltd Board of Directors Chairman Moniruddin Ahmed presided over the meeting.

Directors of Pubali Bank Securities Limited- Habibur Rahman, Azizur Rahman, M Kabiruzzaman Yaqub FCMA (UK), CGMA, Mustafa Ahmed, Ayesha Farha Chowdhury, Runa Fowzia Hafiz, Ahmed Salah Sater, Asif A. Choudhury, Dr Shahdeen Malik, Mohammad Naushad Ali Chowdhury, Mohammad Ali and Managing Director of Pubali Bank Securities Ltd Mohammed Ahsan Ullah & General Manager Md Shah Alam were present at the AGM.

Mohammad Liton Miah FCA, General Manager and CFO of Pubali Bank Limited and Ganapati Kumar Biswas, Company Secretary of Pubali Bank Securities Limited were also present.
