The Association of Bankers, Bangladesh (ABB) and Bangladesh Foreign Exchange Dealers' Association (BAFEDA) raised the US dollar price for export proceeds by Tk 1 to Tk 102.
ABB and BAFEDA officials fixed the rate at a meeting on Sunday night. After the meeting, BAFEDA Chairman Afzal Karim told The Business Post that the new rate would be effective from Monday.
The USD rate for remittance collection would remain unchanged at Tk 107.
