Tk 1,108 cr proposed for Information and Broadcasting Ministry

The government has proposed allocating Tk 1,108 crore for the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting in the national budget for FY 2024-25, which was Tk 1,050 crore in FY 2023-24.

Finance Minister AH Mahmood Ali proposed the allocation while placing the national budget for fiscal 2024-25 in parliament in Dhaka on Thursday, reports BSS.

The revised budget for FY 2023-24 was Tk 1,068 crore.
