Tk 1,217 cr proposed for Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment Ministry

The government has allocated Tk 1,217 crore for the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment in the proposed budget for the fiscal year (FY) 2024-25.

The allocation is Tk 510 crore higher than the revised budget of Tk 1,018 crore of the previous FY 2023-24.
