The Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce & Industries (FBCCI) urged businesses to adopt the Middle Eastern practice of lowering the price of necessary goods as Ramadan approaches.
FBBCI President Md Jashim Uddin made the courtesy at a meeting at FBCCI auditorium in Dhaka on Sunday.
He also called up all traders to do business cleanly and transparently to stabilise the market.
