The interbank dollar exchange rate rose further to Tk 95 as the Bangladeshi currency was devalued more by 30 paisa on Monday.

Earlier on July 25, the interbank exchange rate stood at Tk 94.70 per dollar.

Confirming the fresh devaluation, Bangladesh Bank officials said the central bank injected $139 million to the money market on Monday to meet the increased demand for the American greenback.
