Sheba Fintech Ltd, an IT-based service and consultation provider in Bangladesh, has obtained a payment service provider (PSP) licence from the Bangladesh Bank.
The company received the licence on condition, a circular read on Monday. However, it does not mention any of the underlying conditions.
