Two ninth graders of Dhaka Residential Model College have made their way into the finals of the prestigious International Climate Science Olympiad as the only finalists from Bangladesh.
In the hugely competitive final, the team of Omar Bin Arif and Sabit Ibtisam Anan secured 16th place out of the top 500 teams that made it to the semis from around the world.
The final of the Olympiad was held on October 17.
Their written proposals were followed by 20 min presentation on October 26, 27 and 28.
