Ministry of Primary and Mass Education has appointed 208 headmasters in the upazila and thana based government primary schools on temporary basis.
“The appointment was given in the vacant posts following the recommendations by the Ministry of Public Administration”, according to a primary and mass education ministry release received on Sunday.
The appointment of headmasters (untrained) in second class non-cadre posts has been given from those candidates who already passed in 40th BCS exams but had not recommended for cadres services due to shortage of the posts, reports BSS.
The newly appointed teachers have been asked to join their respective working places by September 15, otherwise the appointments order will be cancelled, according to the gazette notification shows at primary and mass education ministry’s website.
Earlier, the primary and mass education ministry issued a gazette notification similar to it on August 29.
