22 underprivileged students get skill development training

The JCI Dhaka Independent recently conducted four batches of Youth Skill Development, allowing 22 underprivileged students complete this ICT training course.

In 2022, JCI Dhaka Independent initiated and supported this ICT project under the overall supervision and collaboration with Sombhabona, and to date, 100 underprivileged students successfully completed this ICT course.

This project aims to provide basic to advanced ICT training and Graphics Designing Training to financially backward students from Class 8 to the university level, and we are thrilled to be a part of it.

Sombhabona ICT Center recently held a Certificate Ceremony to honor the accomplished students who completed the ICT and Graphics Designing training programs. The ceremony took place on Saturday, 1st April 2023, at the Sombhabona ICT Center.

The training program covered a wide range of topics, from basic computer skills to advanced Microsoft applications and graphic designing techniques. The students received hands-on training from professional trainers, who provided personalized guidance and support throughout the programme.

The certificate ceremony for the accomplished students of the Sombhabona ICT Project was made even more special by the presence of the Local President of JCI Dhaka Independent, Mukul Alam, Vice President SM Waliullah Hossain, Secretary General Shakila Yasmin, Director Mezbah Rahman Sehan, and Tasnuva Ahmed, Founding President of JCI Dhaka Independent & Vice President of JCI Bangladesh, along with Sombhabona officials.

The esteemed guests handed over the certificates to the students and congratulated them on their achievements.

The Local President of JCI Dhaka Independent, Mukul Alam, expressed his pride in being associated with the project and congratulated the students on their hard work and dedication.

He emphasized the role of education and skill-building in driving social and economic development and pledged to continue supporting initiatives that promote these values.

The event was attended by students and trainers, who came together to recognize the students' achievements and offer their congratulations.

JCI Dhaka Independent believes that the skills and knowledge acquired through the "Youth Skill Development" an ICT Project will serve these students well in their future endeavors, whether it be pursuing higher education or entering the workforce.

The organisation is proud to see the positive impact it has had on the lives of the students. The Certificate Ceremony was a testament to the success of the project, and JCI Independent congratulates the students on their achievements.
