At the forefront of Invicta’s mission to provide high-quality Australian endorsed qualifications, Ms Hossain discusses the institution's commitment to offering meticulously crafted, nationally endorsed qualifications and short courses, while serving as a catalyst for carving out a trajectory toward a triumphant career of their learners.

Invicta Technical College, a distinguished Registered Training Organization (RTO: 41495, CRICOS: 04074E) established in 2016, is renowned for its unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional education.

With a deliberate focus on imparting essential skills and knowledge, their innovative course design ensures not only academic excellence but also the acquisition of practical competencies indispensable for professional success.

Join us as we explore how Invicta Technical College is transforming the landscape of vocational education under the leadership of Ayesha Hossain.

We appreciate your time today to discuss the unique courses offered at Invicta Technical College, particularly Automotive Technology. Can you start by telling us a bit about your background and your role at Invicta?

Thank you for having me. I am Ayesha Hossain, working as the CEO and Principal of Invicta Technical College.

My educational journey includes a current PhD candidacy in Marketing at UNSW Business School, and a Masters of Marketing from the University of Sydney, and I bring over 12 years of professional experience in vocational teaching, curriculum design, educational leadership & compliance management.

Impressive! Now, could you shed light on the courses offered at Invicta and the focus on providing high-quality nationally endorsed qualifications in Australia?

Certainly. At Invicta, we pride ourselves in offering high-quality Australian endorsed qualifications and short courses.

Our courses, including Automotive and Business & Management, are meticulously designed to equip students with essential skills and knowledge, paving the way for successful careers.

Invicta specializes in automotive technology related qualifications. Invicta’s automotive department seems quite comprehensive. Could you elaborate on your teaching philosophy and curriculum?

Absolutely. Invicta Training College is committed to delivering education that goes beyond the classroom. Our teaching philosophy emphasizes hands-on learning, practical applications, and real-world experiences.

We believe in nurturing critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a lifelong passion for learning. Our faculty members are highly experienced industry practitioners who have worked with big brands like BMW & Toyota.

They bring the best practices from the industry into the classroom equipping our students to become future job-ready. Employers speak highly of our graduates and often our students get a job offer from reputed automobile companies even prior to finishing their course.

That's brilliant. So, why should a student consider a career in the automotive industry? What kind of prospects do you see in the future?

Well, I think Automotive Technology, particularly Electrical major, is one of the most promising career choices at the moment that will make our students future ready.

As you probably know, most of the developed countries and many developing countries already declared a deadline to stop procuring cars running on petrol, and moving to hybrid or electric vehicles (EVs).

The key to a sustainable future is EV. There is a global shortage of skilled technicians in automotive electrical technology and within the next decade this industry is going to boom. Now is the time to choose a career that will make one irreplaceable in the future workforce.

It is like 30 years ago students who decided to study computer science at the dawn of the internet revolution, are at the forefront of making a successful career out of it now. My hunch is Automotive Electrical Technology is going to become just like that, not just in Australia but worldwide.

So, what should a student expect while studying at Invicta?

As a leader and an educator, I am genuinely passionate about making a difference in our student’s lives and I try to filter through this ideology among staff and faculty members.

Invicta stands as a premier institution in Sydney, offering an expansive range of carefully curated courses designed to meet the dynamic demands of the contemporary job market.
