Academic activities, including classes, of University of Information Technology and Sciences (UITS) will resume on October 10 after a long gap of suspension caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
The university authorities took the decision at a syndicate meeting on Tuesday, according to a press release.
The academic activities will be conducted as per the instructions of the government and the University Grants Commission following health rules amid the pandemic, read the release.
According to the ICT cell of the university, 95 per cent of the students, teachers, officials and employees received two or at least one Covid jab or registered for vaccine shots.
