Popular film actor Siam Ahmed has become the brand ambassador for Suzuki Motors.
An agreement was signed in this regard at a ceremony held at Rangs Babylonia in Dhaka on Tuesday night. At the event, the company recognised him as the Face of Suzuki.
Suzuki Bangladesh’s Divisional Director Shoaib Ahmed, Chief Operating Officer (COO) AKM Tauhidur Rahman, and Head of Marketing Mohammad Shams Uddin attended the ceremony among others.
Japanese brand Suzuki Gixxer series bikes have been popular among the young generation of Bangladesh. So, Rancon Motorbikes Ltd has been manufacturing and selling those for a long time, considering the young people’s demand here.
Speaking at the event, Tauhidur Rahman said, “We are very happy to announce that the country's popular actor Siam Ahmed has set a new milestone by becoming our ambassador. It has made a new horizon in riding motorcycles in Bangladesh.
“We hope that this will get a great response from the young generation, and play a pivotal role in the country’s economy as well,” he added.
Shoaib Ahmed said, “We are working to make the Suzuki brand ‘number one’ in Bangladesh. We ensure quality services after sales. Besides, approved spare parts and customer experience services will be available.”
In his reaction, Siam Ahmed said, “I am very happy to be an ambassador for the renowned company. Once, I dreamt to purchase a Suzuki bike to save money. Now I am a part of this brand.”
